Terms of Service

I will draw:
» humans, humanoids
» kemono, kemonomimi*
» original characters, fan characters
» fanart
» SFW ship art, yumeships, romantic themes**
» partial nudity (no genitalia)
» suggestive themes
» blood, violence, mild gore*i am not fully confident in my ability to draw kemono/furries but if requested and given proper references i will do my best. i am most confident with drawing birds and insects/features associated with them
**no adult/minor pairingsI will not draw:
» characters who have no visual references. i will not accept an order if you only provide a text description with nothing else attached.
» real life people, RPF ships, live action series
» sensitive, ideological, political, or otherwise contentious topics
» fully nude characters
» explicit sexual content, fetish content beyond garments for non-sexual purposes i.e. as fashion
» heavy gore
» unsanitary themesIf I am unable to draw your order, I will inform you. I reserve the right to refuse any order. Please respect my boundaries and do not ask for clarification if I refuse your order, it will never be anything personal.

Payment Information

» USD only. Full payment up-front.
» I can offer refunds, but not for completed or mostly completed work. Please be considerate and inform me as soon as possible if you want one.
» My commissions are for private use only. If you are seeking commercial work from me, please contact me via e-mail ([email protected]).
» Payments are accepted via Ko-fi currently. If you wish to pay through PayPal, contact me via e-mail and we can discuss an invoice. I currently do not have a VGen invite in order to utilize the platform.
» Tips are welcome and appreciated.

General Terms and Disclaimers

» You must be at least 18 years old to commission me.
» Please include an e-mail, Discord, Bsky, or Tumblr account for me to be able to contact you when creating your order.
» I will likely post your order on my profiles and use it as a commission example unless you ask me to keep it private. If this is the case, please inform me when making your order or once it is complete. This does not apply if you commission me to draw a licensed character that you do not own but I will omit your name or username from my posts if requested.
» After I send your completed commission, I will ask if you have any issues or require corrections. This does not mean I will redraw the entire piece or make major revisions, but I am willing to correct design mistakes, make smaller changes (i.e. color edits), and so on.
» You are free to edit your order for icons or other personal graphics as you wish, I just ask that you make sure to credit me properly.
» Under no circumstances can you claim my work as your own, even if you paid for it.
» I do not allow any of my work to be used for NFTs and/or cryptocurrency of any kind, under any circumstance.
» I do not allow my artwork to be uploaded/used for AI training purposes.
» Please keep in mind I am a full time student with a day job. My turnaround time will vary based on my packed schedule while managing assignments, exams, exhaustion, and so on. You can expect your order within one to three months and you are free to request progress updates or view my Trello page for updates (once I have it set up).
» If you require the commission to be completed by a specific date, please discuss this with me when making your order. Depending on the request and circumstances, I may charge an additional fee for rush orders.

SKEB Style Commissions

Currently I am only offering SKEB style commissions since this is the most I can handle at the moment. The general concept of SKEB is that you send the character(s) you would like me to draw, and let me have artistic liberty over how I dictate the composition of the illustration. Essentially, it's a surprise!» The price range is $35-$150 USD. It determines the amount of effort put into the drawing (i.e. a bust or half-body sketch with limited colors will cost less than a painted piece.)
» If you do have something specific in mind in terms of the illustration's content, or would like to send me extra details regarding the character(s) you send to give me a clearer idea of something you would like to see (or would not be comfortable seeing), please feel free to do so. If there are particular details about the character's personality or physical features you do not want me to miss, please indicate them when you send your request and visual references. But please remember you are mostly giving me free reign.
» By paying for this commission type, you agree to waive your right to major revisions and accept the final result unless minor corrections are required as mentioned in the terms and disclaimers.
